Sherri Smith is the founder and managing director of Smith Advisory Partners, a cultural transformation and leadership development consul-tancy based in Tucson, Arizona.
Sherri has held leadership positions in human resources from mid-size to Fortune 500 companies and has a background in education, program development and management, and training and development.
Amongst other designations, Sherri is a certified Cultural Transformation Tools consult-ant, certified Success Principles Trainer, and holds certificates from Cornell University in High-Performance Leadership, Change Leadership and Managing for Execution. Sherri also has a bachelor’s degree in aviation management, a master’s degree in human re-sources development & management, and a master’s certification in elementary educa-tion.
Currently, Smith serves as a board member for the Society for Human Resource Man-agement of Greater Tucson as Committee Director for Workforce Readiness (SHRM-GT WFR), Deputy Director of Workforce Readiness for AZ SHRM, Captain of Diversity and Inclusion for SHRM national, and serves on the Tucson Metro Chamber’s Talent Task Force. She is a two-time number one best-selling author and an award-winning recipient for Editor’s Pick for her contribution in an anthology. Sherri is the 2019 recipi-ent of Arizona’s Society for Human Resource Management (AZSHRM) Ann Byrnes Pro-fessional Excellence Award.
